Shipping Policy

• Delivery is to a your newest Nampost
• We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible; however due to unforeseen circumstances and stock availability this may delay a delivery.
  
• Shipping take approximately 4-7 days
• Some larger items may be cost more than the standard shipping. We will communicate with you regarding this.

Payments

• For now payments are via EFT. We are working on more payments options.
• Please add your last name as the reference in your eft payment.

Warranty

• We have a  1 year warranty on all our products.

Returns

• If you are unhappy or change your mind about the product you've purchased. Please inform us by sending an email to hello@namibcart.com and return the goods within 7 days unopened AND undamaged.
